Description

We got the EMST150 from the ALS Clinic to help maintain or strengthen my diaphragm. I was starting to have issues with my breathing. I tried to use it, but I found it very exhausting. Eventually I gave up on it.

Many people have had much success with this device, and despite my failure with it, I recommend you start early. I think my issue was that I started too late.
