Exam gloves

Exam gloves provide a sanitary experience for both the person with ALS and their caregivers. They are a necessary tool for ALS care.

Description

Exam gloves are a must have for the caregivers in my life. They use these gloves for a variety of tasks each day, including:

  • Tracheostomy care
  • Catheter care
  • Urine and bowel movement clean up
  • General clean up and lotion application

The gloves help them keep their hands away from the varied bodily excretions I produce. They also help prevent infections in high-risk areas like my catheter and trach.
