Description

We replaced all our door handles to improve accessibility for Steve early in our ALS journey. We chose this lever style door handle because Steve couldn’t turn a standard doorknob. Steve was able to push the handles down allowing him to open doors. He also could grab the levers well enough to close the doors. This gave Steve added independence while he could still walk.
